Important information for your first visit:
- The first time you log in, you’ll need to reset your password - simply follow the 'forgotten password' link on the login page and follow the steps.
- If you have a direct debit set up, please update your billing information as card details have not been transferred. Head to My Payment Methods in your account.
- You’ll also be prompted to update your details and preferences so we can personalise your experience and ensure it better meets your needs.

While we’ve worked hard to ensure a smooth transition, there may still be a few bumps along the way - thank you for your patience! If you spot anything or have feedback, we’d love to hear from you.
In the new year, we’ll be helping you get familiar with the new site, guiding you through its features and showing you how to make the most of everything it has to offer. You’ll also notice our emails will be getting an upgrade, with cleaner designs and more personalised communications coming your way in 2025.
