Full Members

Are you an AHPRA registered nurse who works or has an interest in cancer care or cancer control? Join us to receive a range of benefits including free CPD, local networking, regular updates and discounted Annual Congress registration - just to name a few!

To be eligible for Full Membership, an individual must:

  • Be registered as a nurse with AHPRA; and
  • Work or maintain interest in cancer care and control

Membership Period: 12th Dec 24 to 31st Mar 25
Cost: $110.00 (GST inclusive)

Associate Members

Are you an academic, an allied health care professional, a consumer advocate or an interested stakeholder? You can join us to receive local networking, regular updates, discounted Annual Congress registration and be a part of the community - plus so much more.

The Board may confer Associate Membership upon any individual who is not eligible for Full Membership, but who meets certain criteria as determined by the Board, including (but not limited to) registration with another professional body in a discipline other than nursing, or registration as a nurse in a country other than Australia.

If you are registered as a nurse with AHPRA and work or maintain interest in cancer care and control, you will need to apply as a Full member to access CPD, Research and Travel Grants and join a Specialist Practice Network. 

Please Note: Associate Members are Non-voting members.

Cost: $92.50 (GST inclusive)

Student Members

Are you a student enrolled in study towards an entry to practice nursing qualification, with an interest in oncology? You can join CNSA for free and receive a range of benefits, include access to regular communications and local networking opportunities.

To be eligible for free CNSA Student Membership, an individual must:

  • Be enrolled in study towards an entry to practice nursing qualification; and
  • Have an interest in cancer care and control

Please Note: Student Members are Non-voting members.

FREE membership is available for individuals who have enrolled in study towards an entry to practice nursing qualification. Documented evidence is required and subject to approval.
Membership Period:
 13th Dec 24 to 31st Mar 26

Early Career

We know that the first five years in a profession can be difficult - that's why we've created a new membership category to support YOU. If you're an AHPRA registered nurse nurse in your first five years working in cancer care or cancer control, you are now eligible to join as an Early Career Cancer Nurse (ECCN) member for only $100 for 18 months! Join us to receive a range of benefits including free CPD, Early Career focussed education and networking, a mentoring program, regular updates and resources, a new online discussion forum - plus so much more.

To be eligible for Early Career Membership, an individual must:

  • Be registered as a nurse with AHPRA; and
  • Have worked or maintained interest in cancer care and control for under 5 years.

Membership Period: 13th Dec 24 to 31st Mar 26
Cost: $100.00 (GST inclusive)
