I have not received a receipt for my membership renewal. How can I get a copy?
When you pay for your membership a receipt is automatically sent to your email address associated with your membership (check your junk folder just in case!). You can also download a copy of your receipt from My Account>Order History.
I received notification my membership has automatically been renewed so why do I keep receiving reminder notices to pay?
Auto renew just means your membership is rolled over to the new membership year to ensure you continue to receive your member benefits. If you are receiving reminders to make payment this means you have not opted in to have your payments automatically deducted from your nominated bank account or card and need to login into the CNSA website to make payment. Head to My Account>Order History to pay your outstanding invoices.
I’m receiving renewal reminders, but my profile shows my membership as active until 31 March 2025. Why is this happening?
Your membership will be showing as Active and expiring on the 31 March 2025 if you are a Full Member or Associate Member. This is because your membership has been automatically renewed to ensure you continue to receive your membership benefits. Unless you have previously opted in to have your membership payments come out automatically each year or you have a scheduled payment set up, you will continue to receive reminders to renew until you pay for your membership.
Why do I keep receiving reminders to pay my membership renewal when I have already paid this in full for the current membership year?
If you are receiving reminders to pay your membership renewal you may have previously opted in to have your payment come out automatically, and due to invalid or expired card/bank account details or insufficient funds, you received a reminder to make payment. If you are not sure if you have previously opted in to have your membership payment come out automatically each year, you can log in to the CNSA website and check in the My Account>My Payment Methods section. Alternatively, please contact [email protected] or call 0439 464 250 and one of our friendly staff members will be able to check for you.
Can I pause or adjust my membership while on maternity leave?
Yes, we can change your membership to maternity leave status, allowing you to continue accessing member-only content during your leave. If you have any payment schedules set up, we’ll cancel them for you as part of the adjustment. Please contact [email protected] or call 0439 464 250 and one of our friendly staff members will be able to arrange this for you.
