Mentoring Program

It’s no secret that we’re passionate about nurturing the professional and personal growth of our members. As part of our continuous effort to expand the support we offer a 6-month program which has been designed to connect early-career cancer nurses with experienced mentors who will offer invaluable guidance and support in navigating the complex landscape of cancer nursing

Our Mentoring Program runs once every two years and aims to foster individual career advancement for both mentees and mentors, whilst also strengthening the fabric of our profession as a whole. The program content has been designed to support this goal by guiding participants through a range of practical topics, including:

Tailored guidance on career pathways within the field of cancer nursing
Professional development strategies, including continuing education and certifications
Advice on effective networking and building industry connections
Techniques for managing burnout and maintaining resilience
Work-life balance strategies for long-term career satisfaction
Skill-building for effective communication and conflict resolution in the workplace
