CNP SPN Mentoring Program

CNSA’s Cancer Nurse Practitioner Specialist Practice Network (CNP SPN) Committee is pleased to announce the launch of its biennial online Mentoring Program, scheduled to run from April to September this year.

This program offers valuable leadership and professional development opportunities for mentors, who are experienced, endorsed cancer nurse practitioners with two or more years in the role.

The program also provides mentees - novice cancer nurse practitioner students, those seeking endorsement, or those newly endorsed (with two or fewer years of experience) - the opportunity to network, receive guidance, and gain support as they develop or implement new nurse practitioner models of care and transition into independent cancer nurse practitioner roles.

If you are interested in becoming a mentor or mentee for this year’s program, please complete the application form via the link below by midnight on March 7 2025.

Succesful participants – please save the date for our online pre-mentoring workshop for both mentors and mentees, which will be held on Monday, March 24th, from 7:00 to 8:00 PM AEST, to introduce participants to the program.
